• Leading the team at various stages of the project till the End-to-End delivery which includes Functional Requirement Gathering, Solution Design and Development of Workflows, Coordinating Offshore resources with the onsite deployment team facilitating remote support, Facilitating Onsite Product installation, Bug Fixing, SIT and UAT with customer And ensuring successful final Cutover
