 Carry out physical count with Finance monthly; ensure proper Inventory Reconciliation and Reporting.
 Issue daily reports on Stock on Hand, Shipments and Receipts of Goods.
 Ensure proper interface between MEA S&D and SAP.
 Ensure proper movement of goods according to age (FEFO) and allocation.
 Monitor proper rotation of goods returned from Sales
 Communicate and follow-up on Warehouse staff on special stock in relations to promotion, Shipment/R&D tests.
 Comply with all Procedures and Policies.
 Enter KPI details and track on daily basis. Any abnormal fluctuations in results to reasoned out and reported to supervisor.
 Ensure proper records of POS / Racks / RC are maintained and reports are issued accurately and on time.

 Preparation of Export and import documentation for Sea, Air & Road freight Shipments.
 To maintain good relations with our Clearing agents & customers.
 Coordinate with the shipping line / shipping agents in other countries for documentation of overseas shipments, including legalization of documents.
 Timely follow up with clearing agents in Riyadh, Dammam & Jeddah, to give proper clearance status to our customers.
 To be responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and Performa Invoices to our customers as required.
 Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.

Managing the marketing team by recruiting, training, motivating, controlling and
Leading them. Managing and planning according to the marketing information,
Developing customer driven marketing strategy, Provide assistance for developing new products keeping in touch with the latest Trends and needs.

basically has to work of accounting but reports to the controller who is mostly the senior accountant., assists the senior accountant in the daily operations of the finance department, of monthly accounts, assists in account payments, receivables, and preparation of monthly profit and loss statements, maintain balance sheets, subsidiary ledgers and assisting on running financial projects. He basically has to do the work related to general accounting such as preparing journal entries, monthly closing and accounting analysis
