Identify and asses the training needs of the shops & prepare daily /weekly trainings
Train shops on company policies, operations procedures & customer service protocols
Prioritize the areas that require urgent improvement and have the max impact on company performance
Track progress after the trainings & report the KPIs to the operations team
Maintained database of all trained shops & employees
Identify progressive tools & technology enablers that will improve operating procedures
Ensure that all technical solutions in the shop work properly
• Handling a team of 31 Brand Ambassadors
• Target based role implying meeting/exceeding assigned monthly targets and product placement objectives
• Travel to all the locations to review marketing mix, obtain feedback and share information to the supplier and other retail professionals
• Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories
• Develop trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services
• Creation, coordination and attendance to onsite promotional events at established customer accounts
• Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
• Driving brand distribution agenda by securing maximum number of SKU’s across spirits categories
• Collection of payment. Resolving any long standing debt issues
• Negotiating/Handling customer complaints
• Working with Merchandising Team and ensuring best class visibility and availability of stocks for sales and promotional podiums are installed effectively
• Communicating business relevant information and providing structured feedback to senior management
• Conducting company exhibitions and product awareness programs
• Supporting the store team and travel retail manager to increase revenue streams and profit targets by identifying selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Consistent target achievements in assigned territory by identifying sales opportunities, recommending products as per the customer requirements, dealing with multiple nationality customers as per brand requirement under competition
• Reporting structure, day to day routines, sales reports, minimum sales commitment in each outlet and other operating procedures
• Merchandising and ensuring display with exceptional brand standards.
