Role:
• Report to the Director of Assets Management, head the Leasing Department and lead a team of 15 leasing and property specialists in managing assets with a total value of AED 2 billion in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai owned by Al Qattara Real Estate and Al Oula Investments
- Al Ain Square, Al Ain - a first of its kind mixed-use project around the Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium with residential, commercial and hospitality properties
- 2 towers in Dubai with ~280 units and >98% occupancy
- 1 tower in Abu Dhabi with ~80 units and 100% occupancy

Highlights:
• Increased occupancy of residential units of Al Ain Square to 96% with average rates of 45% above market rate in Al Ain city and with 65% long term contracts.
• Successfully leased ~72% of large office space to several government entities - TRANSCO, TADWEER, Mubadala, Abu Dhabi Sewage Service Center, Human Resources Authority and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority - as well as 2000 m2 business center - the first of its kind in Al Ain city - and 3000 m2 office space to private sector companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the leasing of retail space, office space and residential units in the assigned projects formulating and implementing effective strategies and plans to achieve predefined goals of occupancy rates, tenant mix, revenue and profitability.
• Develop, implement and update business plans and annual budgets of the leasing department aligned to the overall organizational strategic objectives.
• Lead the creation and execution of action plans for identifying and canvassing with potential clients for generating targeted revenue through specialty leasing as well as through long-term deals.
• Identify concepts which augment the in-line retail program of the mall including designing, planning and execution of shop fit-outs.
• Prepare detailed plans for promotions and advertising including online and social media marketing campaigns and ensure effective execution of all event and marketing campaigns.
• Build and sustain productive relations with tenants, assess and satisfy tenant needs and monitor day-to-day operations of tenants assuring adherence to project standards.
• Support tenants in meeting their business/operations needs by providing consultations and advice on aspects including shop concept, image, merchandize, selling strategies and services.
• Collect and analyze monthly sales data trends of tenants and assess their mid to long term performances to identify and mitigate tenancy related risks.
• Provide required inputs from the leasing department for preparing and updating the Tenant Handbook for the project providing comprehensive information to tenants on all aspects of designing, obtaining approvals, construction and opening of their retail outlets.
• Maintain accurate records, produce and update all reports including on occupancy rates and provide the senior management team with monthly reports on performance metrics.
