• Coordinate and support the implementation of incident prevention and OSHA compliance programs.
• Audit facilities for conformance to all Federal, State, Corporate and Plant safety policies.
• Make recommendations for improvement of procedures, practices and activities which prevent the effective execution of the plant Health, Safety & Hygiene mission.
• Conduct hazard assessments, make recommendations, assist in development of solutions and follow up through closure.

• Conduct/facilitate root cause analysis of incidents and support plants in development of corrective actions.
• Consult with plant management on a routine basis to facilitate and support individual plant needs to achieve goals and develop the safety culture.
• Review with Engineering and conduct appropriate reviews of proposed changes in processes or equipment to insure compliance with safety and health standards including ergonomics.
• Follow up and insure that all incidents and near misses are thoroughly investigated.
• Initiate activities that stimulate and maintain employee interest in the plants Health and Safety programs.
• Get involved with the management of workers compensation claims to assure injured employees are properly cared for and claims are effectively managed.
• Work with plants to assure employee safety orientation and training is completed and is effective.
• Liaison with plant and governmental officials during inspections and resolution of potential issues.
• Train hourly, salary and management personnel at plant sites to elevate the safety culture and the knowledge of the organization on conformance to policies, procedures and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze incident data and provide feedback and direction to site to help them focus on key areas for improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively up and down through the organization.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety aligned with Nestle safety leadership basic behavior accros MENA sites.
• Conduct SHE meetings, audits and audits meetings and Incident Investigation meetings.
• Preparing yearly measure tree of Safety Environment (KPI, PPI, and API) by using Identify, Priorities and Assign the projects across MENA sites.
• Monitor and maintain SHE KPIs and produce SHE weekly/monthly reports.
• Develop, implement, and maintain fire prevention and firefighting & ERP plan.
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention for all employees (manufacturing & beyond manufacturing.)
• Develop criteria for Inspecting and evaluating workplaces for safety issues and implementing safe workplace procedures.
• Investigate an accident/incident, near miss and prepare reports and lessons learned Using Problem-Solving Techniques & Root Causes analysis thru all teh sites.
• Develop and enforce the implementation of EPR, carbon neutrality and resources sustainability and put the strategies and projects for implement the Sustainability activities & resources.
Achievements
• Achieving + 900 days Free Injuries for more 4600 employees inside technical department. Pass ISO requirements and obtain ISO certification (SMS, QMS, OHSAS & EMS), and follow up Environmental Record of facility with PME authority.
• Identifying Safe LOCKOUT-TAGOUTP procedures for all running Equipment, Machines.
• Saving +9Million SAR by managing Industrial Wastes (Recycle, Reuse Landfill), and through Applying Environmental Target Setting project and Do It Yourself techniques for energy saving.
• Carrying Task Analysis for Maintenance tasks (+7000task) under 4Modes of intervention and Applying Machinery Safety-Zero Access programs for 14 PET production line, 24HOD production line, 12 Husky & Plastic Machines.
• Lead Auditor of Nestle Functional Compliance Assessment for Safety and Health for Middle East & North Africa Zone.
Responsibilities as Inventory Controller:
• Ensure hardware availability at all required sales / distribution locations to support new sales, maintenance of existing customer hardware, upgrades etc. ( Based on ERP system)
• Identify / forecast purchase and warehouse stock movement requirements.
• Identify stock replenishments at warehouses, dealers and installation companies( MRP and Reorder Point Procedure)
• Ensure full database integrity with physical transactions and stock.
• Thorough follow up with OSN stockholders to ensure monthly reporting, reconciliation, after clarifications, invoice stock that are not reported.
Responsibilities as Logistic:
• Functions include customs clearance, customs documentations, forwarding, transportation arrangements, archiving, mail room support, inward & outward courier.
• Responsible for the coordination of distribution, shipping and tracking of shipments across specified markets.
• Review and process supplier invoices.
• Archiving documents in an orderly manner that ensures all future reference with respect to management queries, audit requirements etc.
• Extend similar services to 3rd party companies as per agreement with the PMG or its subsidiary companies.

• Manage inventory, manage supply sources, and to purchase materials and services to support Sales demand and stores.
• Observe and follow all ISO and health and safety compliances, including the supervision of staff in this respect.

• Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, and production and distribution capabilities.
• Selection of vendors, evaluation of Supplier performance in regular intervals.
• Sourcing for new & reliable suppliers for long term contracts and relationship.
• Source new products and review existing ones to ensure products remain competitive.
• Negotiate with suppliers to get best deals.
• Monitoring stock movements and generate purchase orders to maintain optimum level of stocks as per the business requirement.
