Quality Assurance Manager :
Establishing and managing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for all system requirements and ensures delivery against QA department/organization objectives, commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance functions. Provides the necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy, throughout all phases of product development and process implementation.
Assure the proper implementation of the Integrated management system review performance and represent to management the gaps and place action plans to improve the IMS system efficiency.
• Appointed In Feb 2011 as IMS Management Representative (IMS MR), representing top management in regards of the Integrated Management Systems (QMS & OHSAS).

Responsibilities:
• Meets Q.A financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Review the results of internal and external audits. Ensure that appropriate action is taken when it is determined that the IMS does not conform to planned arrangements
• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
• Validates quality & operation processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
• Plan and direct activities associated with the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality standards, processes, and work instructions.
• Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Quality Control - Monitor product & process quality through RMAs, Scrap and Rejects. Take action to contain, correct and solve quality concerns at the root level. Manages Inspection department to ensure timely and efficient practices are being utilized so that products are monitored for correct requirements.
• Work with senior management to establish Quality Objectives for the IMS. Establish metrics which provide objective evidence on the organization’s performance. Compile data and report results in the MRM.
• Oversee employee training program, including the development of job-specific training guidelines and evaluation criteria, assessment and approval of trainers, and documentation of training and approval activities.

Lead and manage Prepress and digital printing Sections and department staff 22 employees to do all the prepress activities in order to satisfy the production and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
• Assure effective planning and timely schedule of Jobs processed in prepress different activities
• Establish and maintain implementation of Prepress SOP in different prepress activities.
• Provide a world-class Pre-Press operation to provide high quality proofs and plates for offset printing (pantone and four color process).
• Assure quality controls are effectively implemented and covering all the activities critical points and effective closure of raised CAPA
• Make timely and appropriate corrective action to satisfy deviations found in audits.
• Develop and implement training programs to upgrade the skills of department associates, particularly those in entry-level positions.

- Preprint Supervisor
• supporting the customers to introduce SIG printing Standards and build designs accordingly
• Receive and inspect customer designs and assure all rotogravure & SIG printing standards for applied/modified in the artwork.
• Leading a team of 5 prepress coordinators in follow the execution of customer designs / artworks and its progress stages with the engraving cylinders suppliers.
• Follow-up and evaluate suppliers performance as a part of the supply chain management function to ensure continues improvement of suppliers in terms of Quality and delivery.
• Audit supplier processes and production facilities.
• Coordinates with suppliers for delivery plans and match it to the internal production plans.
• Reports non-conforming services / products from cylinder suppliers to Quality Department and follow the implementation of corrective actions with the suppliers and evaluate the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
• Improve cylinder engraving supplier performance.

Achievements:
• Increase customer satisfaction rate to 95% in preprint activities
• Mapping and Implementation of SAP to monitor and report all prepress activities
• Introduce and qualify 2 additional engraving cylinder suppliers.

Creative Dpart. Head - Art Director at Dar Al-Watan for Media and Public Relations

I joined the company as Art Director for the Creative Dept, where I started to practice supervision and managerial skills, in a technical position, the job was also requiring to be a customer-oriented and able to deal with many large-scale customers, such as Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and MOMRA, and many others, I was also capable to deal with the very detailed technical printing and prepress technologies, communicate with printers, and expert understanding of DTP Graphic software.

My duties included:
• Formulate basic layout design approach, and specify print material specs. Such as colors, style, size, paper type, and all other Technical Printing specifications.
• Review and approve proofs of printed copy and artwork and copy materials developed by staff members.
• Confer with, copy-writing, sales, and production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and to coordinate creative activities.
• Provide consultation and solutions for technical difficulties, and tips for cost reductions.
