Job Responsibilities:
• Understanding the Scope of Work, Contractual start and finish dates of the project.
• Understanding the deliverables of various disciplines.
• Understanding the major milestone of the Project.
• Establishing the Progress measurement weightage for Phase/Disciplines and Activities.
• Getting the schedules from disciplines.
• Preparing the schedule in consultation with various departments.
• Planning resource required for the project.
• Getting the baseline approved from the client.
• Preparing the S Curve for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning and Overall.
• Preparing manpower histogram.
• Preparing the progress register for Engineering. Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Presenting the Overall Planning Package to client for review and approval.
• Preparing Project Execution Plan and Schedule narrative
• Distributing the approved Schedule to various disciplines.
• Establishing the procedure for getting the progress from various disciplines, and reviewing the progress submitted by the disciplines.
• Updating the Schedule.
• Preparing Invoice and billing of the project.
• Forecasting of invoicing based on project schedule.
• Preparing the Weekly/Monthly progress report.
• Prepare and Submit progress to top management.
• Updating the S Curve for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning and Overall.
• Prepare look ahead report and submit to the various disciplines managers.
• Involving in the procurement, checking and indenting the various items that are required in the projects and following up for the fast receipt and smooth functioning of project.
• To attend coordination meeting/progress meetings with client and subcontractors whenever required and issues minutes of meeting and progress report to project team.
