Oversee the whole system of the company in regards to the standard procedure
Receive and Release Certificates via Masterlist Record and maintaining the Job Number issue Register
Ensure licenses, accreditations and approvals of the company are up to date.
Keep track on the existing regulation and new implementation of Dubai Municipality in regards to Third Party Inspection
In charge in controlling all documents of the company and is knowledgeable on all files and its location.
Reviewing and maintaining proper documentation on the certificates/reports issued to our clients as per Dubai Municipality and Quality Management System requirement
Maintaining proper record and tracking through Equipment Issue Register of the Equipment used by the Company's Safety Inspectors on their respective inspections and maintaining Equipment’s updated calibration
Ensuring Company procedure and requirements are maintained by the employees
Supporting and assisting the Quality Manager in the preparation of Quality Manuals and Procedures and during Company's audit
Handling the correspondence circulating in the company, same as from the clients.
Coordinates with Inspection Engineers, Trainers and other department in regards to Inspection and other related matters.
Supervising and answering query from Inspectors, Trainers and Clients that would involve in regards to inspection.

Preparation of Bill of Quantity, Material Requisition to obtain materials, tools and equipment based on Drawing issued from Design Department
Tally the list of materials needed and input in the ERP
Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve routine
Scheduling and monitoring the work for production
Analyzing the production capacity and capability
Determining the manufacturing process, tools and manpower requirements
Planning and scheduling workflow for each department according to established manufacturing sequences
Determining the status of the project
Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution
Provide necessary corrective action if the plan is not achieved
Preparing production reports and weekly progress reports
Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives
Coordinating to different departments to make sure that the materials are properly utilize
Making sure the each operation meets shipping dates according to plan
Preparation, planning of all deliveries (documents, materials and reports)
Coordination to the site in charge regarding deliveries.
Ensure all drawings, correspondence are filed properly electronically and hard copies.
