PROREC is an electronic system for real estate registration that allows real estate developers to apply for the registration of some procedures and transactions such as sale and mortgage on properties. These applications are transferred to Umm Al Qwain municipality for verification and issuance of title deeds.
The system is designed to save effort and reduces the waiting time for clients in order to enhance customer service in accordance with the best standards as Umm Al Qwain municipality seeks excellence in all the services it provides to customers who are the most important element for the department.
This system helps real estate developers to apply for the registration of certain procedures on their own properties exclusively either these properties are buildings, villas or land plots. The system is supported with notification feature to keep the developer updated on the status of the application at all stages. The system also supports upload and verification of required documents for the real estate registration section to verify them as per the rules followed in the LD and to issue the approved certificate, contracts or new title deeds.

• Designed and develop Content Management system with systems as well custom dashboard including dashboard communication and reporting tools using Asp.Net MVC 5 framework, Web API and various client end tools.
• Worked on Form Engine to create customized forms for users and Rules Engine for defining the business rules logic.
• Implemented modes both for Asp.Net Forms authentication as well as Asp.Net Identity Framework for Authentication/Authorization in the application.
• Implemented Application Logging using Microsoft Enterprise Library 6.0.
• Assisted in development and documentation of the application.

• Created the proof of concepts that meets the functional and technical requirements.
• Participated in requirement analysis, planning, estimating and tracking development using agile methodologies and SCRUM tool TFS 2012.
• Ensure the optimal application of technology to meet product development requirements as per the requirement document.
• Worked on the Core Modules like Datasource Manager and User Management in the application using .NET MVC 5, C#.Net HTML5, Jquery, Bootstrap 2 and KendoUI tools and SkyTap for testing application in server environment.

• Development and maintenance of complex stored procedures/ jobs for various reports as well as for Routine work including TIN Generation, Return Filing etc.
• XML service for loading huge amount of data from excels files into databases using C# SchemaBulkLoad for return filing.
• Rewriting of old implemented modules with new optimized coding techniques.
• Implemented generation of various PDF forms using ItextSharp DLL.
