Company is distributer for Aluminum profiles from local supplier and external ones, cladding, fabrication machineries and tools and all aluminum accessories .
•Accomplishes business development activities and suppliers/customers contracts by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff. Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Rolled out and installed all processing machinery and units, including the huge civil basement within optimum time of 6 months.
• Made decisions related run all the machinery and production lines to the designed capacity and manage operational regimes according to the relevant standard operating rules, to maximize the plant’s energy efficiency.
• Efficiently reduced costs by conducting supervision and establishing robust procedures such as best time control and task operation payment
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for safety, planning, organizing and coordinating the a team of 6 Engineers and 30 workers in mineral processing plant activities, ensuring maximum production, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the department.
• Directed all production activities, assisted in process optimization, man power control, raw materials supply and control, HSE control.
• Developed and implemented creative, proactive operations and process solutions to achieve performance efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality of finished products.
• Performed comprehensive inventory management, budgeting process, procurement, financial and the plant overall performance and ensured production is completed within resource constraints and envisaged time frames.
• Recommended performance standards for key areas of operation within the organization, scrutinized programs for cost effectiveness and generated reports and submitted the same for management review.
Led a team of 6 technical staff (draftsman and engineers) to design and develop new products and improved existing products to meet the customers’ needs.

Identified and isolated all work hazards, and successfully augmented SBU production from 430 tons to 890 and finally to 1180 tons per year through maximization of machinery and equipment utilization
• Involved workers to contribute in the work process, scheduling, completing jobs and using experience to complete tasks resulting in productivity improvement by 10%.
KeyResponsibilities:
• Directed, monitored and coordinated, a team of 50 production personnel working in a metal molding factory (SBU) that consist one main production line, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance with production plans and schedule.
• Instituted inquiries into possible anomalies in logbooks or technical emergencies, initializing immediate corrective measures.
• Established standardized process for all production phases such as machine performance efficiency, cost effectiveness and quality of finished products to achieve maximized productivity.
• Devised section budgets, and effected cost cutting measures to maintain production efficiency and quality of products reduce waste of input materials, consumables and raw materials.
• Devised management systems and sustainable development by implementing and training the employees in plant operation, troubleshooting & emergency handling procedures.
Member of a team assigned to establish the newly commissioned SBU of (EPC) Evaporative Pattern casting line. The team’s main assignment was to receive the process technology from the casting technology provider, the machines from the machines manufacture and the implementation of the new EPC. Responsible for achieving the products specifications, documentation, inspection of production inputs and machine setting to insure the products are produced according to specifications and to the highest quality standards. This includes the manpower recruitment and training program, design of the new products processes, quality test.
