Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults with minimal downtime.

Conduct safety checks and ensure full compliance and other regulatory requirements.

Test and commission new installations, including load testing, leveling accuracy, and emergency system checks.

Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and reports for all completed work.

Communicate effectively with building owners, tenants, and site managers regarding findings and repairs.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and safely perform lift extractions when required.
