Responsible for turnover of around 20 Mill $ with a span of control over 63 employees and 6 functions.
• Managing all sales and marketing operations in Saudi Arabia and Yemen including sales target, profit, regulatory affairs, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with executive-level management to develop new product pathways and transfer the global marketing strategy to a localized strategy that accommodates my markets’ demands.
• Forecasting sales volume and profit for existing and new products, analyzing trends and results, competition, supply and demand.
• Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying costumer's needs, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, establishing targeted market share.
• Set monthly, quarterly and annual budget plan.
• Set monthly and annual targets for sales, profits and collections and detailed action plans to achieve the sales target in line with the set budget.
• Perform monthly follow up and control plan for the performance, targets, and achievements.
• Secure business performance reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Enforcing DAD strategies, policies and procedures.
• Manage, train, coach and appraise S&M staff.
• Sustains very good relations with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring needs and anticipating new opportunities.
Within this period April - December 2013, held the position of country manager at Nutridar (subsidiary of DAD group) in addition to my responsibility as DAD country manager.
