● Design and update job descriptions.
● Understanding the requirement and sourcing the candidates using various resources/ techniques - Head hunting, job portals (Naukri gulf, Monster gulf), personal network, and existing HR database.
● Draft and post job descriptions to appropriate posting sites, including LinkedIn, indeed, and other Job sites.
● Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.

● Negotiating offers between client and candidates.
● Communicating with Client for overseas demand.
● Handling Bulk/Volume recruitment for cleaners and skilled labours.

● Responsible for collecting and verify all the required documents and medical report of the candidates from Recruitment Agencies.

● Headhunting and mapping resources available in different departments.
● Recruiting from Junior to Managerial level positions throughout the Globe.
● Organizing and conducting pre-screening through preliminary F2f/telephonic interview.
● Maintaining a database of all professional candidates in MS-Excel.
