• Managing and executing the end-to-end payroll process for Bangladeshi (TCN) and Iraqi employees, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Process and manage annual leaves for Iraqi employees via the ERP system.
• Preparing remittance lists for salary payments and coordinating with Woori Bank for fund transfers to employees’ personal accounts.
• Verified and processed reimbursement claims and submitted them to the finance team for payment.
• Create and submit accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to superiors.

• Prepared and assisted in the issuance of various visas (business visit visa, 1-month visit visa, 3-month visit visa, 6-month multi visa, 12-month multi visa, etc.) for Bangladeshi and Korean employees.
• Coordinated all documents necessary for employee arrivals and departures, including exit visa requests, medical tests, employee photographs, and identity cards.
• Maintained accurate Excel files such as "Visa Request File, " "Active Visa Status File, " "Deposit Clearance Status File, " and "Regular Arrival Departure Tracking File."
• Arranged and processed health cards for new and existing employees to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Collaborated with various teams within the organization to ensure smooth administration and HR operations.
• Ensured the office and all allied premises were maintained in good working condition, providing employees with a safe and comfortable work environment.
• Monitor daily attendance sheets of employees, and cross-check absences against supporting documents such as leaves and medical reports. Investigate and report any irregularities in attendance and follow up on appropriate actions.
• Provide advice on worker representation issues and discharge responsibilities as a member of the company to represent the HR function, legal, admin, and security.
• Ensure the company complies with legal requirements and best practices for recording and maintaining employee records.
• Prepare various types of HR-related letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, experiences, invitations, extensions, promotions, transfers, warnings, show-cause, inquiry notices & reports, dismissal letters, and more.
• Maintain an effective file organization system for regularization, promotion, transfer, etc. by reviewing and updating personnel files, other HR documents, and databases in a timely, orderly, and confidential manner.
• Provide support by coordinating and liaising with provincial HR managers.
• Encode time-keeping concerns and manage Oracle Software Management offline & Online.
• Check CCTV footage for playback, backup, and communication with service providers as required for maintenance.

• Monitor and follow up on factory improvements to ensure ongoing operational efficiency.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the factory premises, both inside and outside, and take necessary action to address any issues.
