Presently (from July 2014) I have joined ADCO as a Laboratory Supervisor- Head of BAB Field Natural GAS, CONDENSATE and CRUDE plant to a set up lab system as International Standards. My job assignments are to improve the lab system, provide quality control system as per ISO 17025 and train the local personnel, Start-up of plant, monitor process, working on development of new methods with respect to Gas, Condensate and Crude analysis as per sale agreement and comply to ISO 9001 and 17025. Keep advising the operation regarding technical information. Working as an Assessor and Evaluator. Keeping the record of quality control/assurance as per compliance. Measuring the Risk assessments with respect to Lab. Co-ordination with auditor, keeping all calibration and testing procedures, equipment/appliances in perfect operating condition as per ISO9001. Monitoring the Environment of Plant and its surrounding as per ISO14001. Making the Budget (CAPEX and OPEX) and Standard Operating Procedures (Analysis Procedures, Result Sheets, MSDS, Lab Inventories, KPI, Plant matrix, Monitoring Graphs), Working through LIMS, Trouble Shoot of Equipment, transferring the data of result through LIMS. Good Lab Practice) with respect to Safety.
Worked in Agip KCO (Eni & Shell) KAZKHSTAN at Natural gas and Condensate plant as a Laboratory Operation Coordinator (Second Head of Lab) with respect to start-up set up of NEW lab system as per International Standards
My job assignments are to commission the lab equipments, provide quality control system as per ISO and train the local personnel, monitor process, working on production chemistry and shipping of Refinery products, Natural gas or LNG as per sale agreement and comply to ISO-17025 and 9001. Keep advising the operation regarding technical information. Keeping the record of quality control/assurance as per compliance. Measuring the Risk assessments with respect to Lab. Co-ordination with auditor, keeping all testing procedures, equipment/appliances in perfect operating condition as per ISO-17025 & 9001. Monitoring the chemical dosing and control the Environment of Plant and its surrounding. Lab-Chemist training, developing the new methods by R & D work. Making the Budget and Standard Operating Procedures (Analysis Procedures, Result Sheets, MSDS, Lab Inventories, Plant matrix, Monitoring Graphs), Working through LIMS, Trouble Shoot of Lab Equipment, transferring the data of result through LIMS. Monitoring the intermediate and finished products. Monitoring the Environment as per GHG, ISO14001, GLP (Good Lab Practice) with respect to Safety.
