- Managing Total Facility Management operations of Residential, Retail, Commercial Buildings for the entire group consisting of large portfolio of 45 Buildings across Dubai & Sharjah having 3200 units.
- Handling a large team of In-house and specialist service providers related to HVAC (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Chilled water pumps, DX & Package Units), Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting, Generators, MEP, Elevators, ATS, ACBs, Landscaping, Security, Pest Control and monitoring their services in accordance with their contracts.
- Monitoring of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules and Reactive work orders to ensure timely completion.
- Providing detailed Scope of Work for the procurement process, review of the quotes and facilitating LPO issuance.
- Management and review of Contracts, KPIs, SLAs, Monthly Reports and Invoices.
- Monitoring and tracking of Service Requests raised by the customers for timely closure.
- Preparing detailed snag reports and follow up for its completion.
- Regular inspections of sites to ensure all assets are in compliance with organization policies & HSE aspects.
- Maintaining Statutory Compliance tracker and ensuring that relevant assets are tested in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Close monitoring of facility budgets to ensure expenditures remain within the allocated limits.
- Ensuring Permit to Work is strictly followed after review of Method Statements & Risk Assessments.
- Verification of repairs and spare part replacement requests from the service providers.

- Managed total facility management operations of 32 buildings of Expo 2020 Dubai for Mobility District which is one of the three thematic districts of Expo 2020 Dubai.
- Managed a large in-house team and specialist service providers related to Chillers, Cooling Towers, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting, Generators, CCU, Elevators, ATS, PV panels, ACBs, TSE plant etc and ensuring they provide their services in accordance with their contracts.
- Close monitoring of CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) related to PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and Reactive Maintenance and ensuring 100% work orders completion within the SLAs and KPIs.
- Preparing and following up on snag reports, reporting DLP (Defects Liability Period) issues and follow up with the main contractor for their completion.
- Regular inspections of sites to ensure all assets are in compliance with IMS policies & HSE aspects.
- Maintaining Statutory Compliance tracker and closely monitoring to ensure that relevant assets are tested in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Management and review of Contracts, KPIs, SLAs, Monthly Reports and Invoices.
