Analysis of performance on weekly basis.
• Preparing the GMS report on month end, the overall analysis of transport department.
• Summaries Branch KPIs, Cost V Revenue.
• Planned delivery & actual delivery KPI compilation, Calculate empty legs KPIs.
• Define Business processes with performance measure.
• Weekly review of the status of each vehicle.
• Build overall transport strategy and continuously improve daily process accordingly.
• Manage personnel levels, transport performance, and discipline issues within established policies and procedures.
• Preparing monthly Fuel consumption reports.
• Vehicles utilization report.
• Analysis of OTD On time delivery.
• Monthly subcontractor vehicles cost analysis.
• Making business reports, statics & presentations for meetings & conference calls.
• Presenting value proposition to clients via competitor and feasibility analysis.
• Acquiring and attaining new businesses on daily basis.
• Managing team’s accounts and lead sales pipelines on weekly basis.
• Managing corporate accounts portfolio and contact management.
• Establish and build relationships with key decision makers in all departments.
• Incentive planning for existing and future clients based on corporate needs.
• Preparing training exercises for sub-ordinates and updating SWOT analysis on monthly basis.
• Identify, engage and co-ordinate the necessary Mobily Mobility resources to support the account(s).
• Actively participate in team atmosphere. Open communications with peers within Corporate Client Care and Mobily Distribution.
• Personal improvement through training and skill expansion in areas relevant to this position.

JOB ROLE
Performing key sales, providing new & existing customers with information on all range of products, new service activation and trouble shooting. Keeping track of sales account and inventory and managing sales representatives and training to newer employees.
