Installation of MCC/ PCC panels, System cabinet, control panel, lighting distribution panel, smoke detector, all kind of cable gland, cable termination & joining, cable tray and trunking Installation.
MV/ LV transformer installation, NER installation, Distribution panel installation.
Provide technical supports and training at the sites.
PLC/SCADA/DCS system and I/O devices in pumping station.
Working knowledge of SCADA such as creating and configuration Tags, Alarms,
Maintaining data base setting of Communication Parameters, Animation, Screen Development and recipe management.
Developing script in SCADA.
Conversant with P&ID.
Pressure, level, flow and temperature transmitter.
Knowledge of PLC and DCS systems.
Planning maintenance schedule both preventive and quarterly.
Calibration of various process control system.
Excellent team member processing good communication and interpersonal skills
Calibration of process switches level, Temperature, pressure and flow based on instrument data sheet.
Program troubleshoots and modifies various electronics controller such as PLCs, VFDs, RTUs, and DCS.
Attend call out duties for troubleshooting and plant startup.
Monitor and conduct for the time of inspection for electrical and instrument activities in compliance to every job requirement.
Maintain up to date expertise in electrical .control and instrument activities.
Responsible for supervision, installation and functional testing of instrument and control system, electrical system for power of instrument and controls, emergency shutdown system.
