Project - Detailed Engineering - Installation of New Produced Water Treatment Plant at Zirku - Engineering Manager

•Successfully managed engineering and project requirements including procurement assistance, vendor evaluation, and construction assistance to expand a produced water treatment plant through to successful commissioning.
FEED - Detailed Engineering - Accommodation Expansion of CAP, UAP and USAP - Engineering Manager
Budget: USD 1 Million Team Size: 20 ADMA
•Productively handled capacity enhancement to re-design existing accommodation to create extra rooms.
•Critically developed an EPC package for construction.

E&I
Handled numerous E&I LSTK projects. Oversaw a high performing team of culturally diverse engineers responsible for the design, execution, and post job evaluation of E&I projects. Provided technical training. Reviewed scope of works, managed project changes and variation orders. Prepared a detailed execution schedule and project plan. Evaluated suppliers, liaised with procurement and contracts to source and purchase equipment and materials. Prepared instrumentation relating engineering deliverables. •Examined the as it is status due to the corrosion on the CS lines of instrumentation header, replaced headers with minimal interruption to production.
•Effectively replaced the IAS networks of RP, CSP, GG-II, PWP, and GIF.
Upgradation of Instrumentation Air Compressor and Dryer Control Systems - Engineering Manager
Budget: USD 10 Million Team Size: 50 TAKREER
•Successfully upgraded systems to allow a single control Automation solution enabled all air, nitrogen compressors and air dryers to run by automated logics provided by the new system.

E&I
Led all project needs, planned and reviewed daily activities to deliver on time projects. Managed E&I personnel, and field activities to ensure all milestones and timeframes were achieved. Pana Capacity Enhancement

Effectively fulfilled role as shift in charge for instrumentation and took charge of production for 3 main plants for LPG, Natural Gas to Gasoline and gas compressor station for a natural gas pipeline
•Maintained the petrochemical plant’s (HDPE & LLDPE) instruments for optimal performance and worked at the petrochemical complex with a team handling gas chromatographs and analysers
•Effectively managed custody transfer operation from LNG plant (Petronet LNG) to Interstate Pipeline.
•Largely contributed to annual savings worth INR 40k via effective implementation of plant energy saving projects
•Functioned as lead representative for the completion of quality certifications form the ISO and British Safety Council
