Refrigeration principles: Understanding refrigeration cycles, pressure, and temperature relationships, as well as handling refrigerants correctly.Preventative maintenance: Performing routine maintenance to prevent future problems and ensure efficiency.Tool proficiency: Skill in using a variety of hand and power tools for repairs and installations. Reading blueprints and diagrams: Understanding technical diagrams and blueprints to ensure proper installation.Electrical expertise: Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, and diagnosing electrical issues within HVAC units.
