* Dealing directly with international and local suppliers and manufacturers in Italy, China, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland
* Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties specifically customer purchase orders

* Ensuring item stocks are available at all times
* Assisting in receiving goods from suppliers when required and implement product quality assurance

Logistics
* Responsible in import and export shipments
* Comparing and confirming freight rates air, land and courier
* Prepare Export / Import related shipping documentation, maintain records and coordinate for product shipment
* Lead communications within the Shipping/Receiving area.
* Coordinate with shipping lines & freight forwarders
* Coordinate with factories/suppliers in order to know the shipping schedule / changes in schedule / route.
* Review open customer orders, coordinate with warehouse for smooth operation to efficiently meet the customers' delivery schedule and satisfy the requested delivery dates.
