• Participate in the recruitment, employment and orientation of new faculty member; including demonstrating a commitment to the affirmative action goals of the university.
• Take responsibility and act as a conductor for communication within and beyond the department.

• Recommend budget expenditures for the purpose of addressing curricular, equipment and supply needs required.

This program, better known as the Bachelor of Education (TESL) program, is run by the Department of Language and Humanities Education. Bachelor of Education (TESL) is offered to train graduates in the field of English language teaching in all public and private colleges and institutes of higher learning and private, training or human resource development in public or private sectors. Bachelor of Education (TESL) is a four (4) year program with 130 credit hours.
