On completing my tenure, I superannuated and in order to maintain rhythm of work I am doing self-engaging engineering work by guiding technical team of housing building complex since 2015 which is a part time as well as most temporary engagement and actively looking for a job in any industry and readily available to relocate.
Headed the power supply section (H.V & L.V network) of township and printing press section. Thus, headed and managed working of both the sections simultaneously.
•Led the corporate level committee consisting of sales, personnel and finance member and evaluated 150 no of coal consumers/customers document file for making annual coal supply agreement with public & private sector in sales & marketing department to enhance business.
•Organized meeting as the head of E&M wing of safety dept. Inspected the work site, contributed to safety, health & environmental awareness amongst the people and also dealt with Director General of Mines Safety. I achieved reduction in fatality rate.
•Prepared and finalized materials budget, handled procurement files and inspected materials.
•Monitored and improved the performance of coal handling plant and productivity of SDL & LHD by utilising available resources. Prepared and enforced annual plan for the work
• Worked as in-charge of workshop in Pench, repaired transformers, motors, pumps, ventilation fan, conveyor components, others equipment and fabricated & manufactured various items. Also, I looked after power distribution & mechanical work of residential & hospital complex.
• Headed tendering /contract cell, awarded 09 nos. jobs and engaged contractors & vendors.
• Performed as HOD in Kamptee sub area, managed team of 86 persons of engineers, supervisors and workmen, timely commissioned 1.5 MTPA CHP with 600 TPH feeder breaker /crusher & truck loading system, maintained 11kv/415v power supply network and submersible/high capacity mines dewatering pumps. I also headed procurement/store section.
• Managed contract section and awarded the AMC work of 08 no CHP, CHPP and weighbridges, engaged contractors, monitored performance and reviewed all the reports.
• Coordinated with power company (MPSEB & UPSEB) for uninterrupted power supply to projects & arranged meeting with them. Executed energy conservation & saving scheme.
• Steered the committee & assessed upgradation job for environment protection, solar system, CSR, water supply. I also carried out safety week inspection/audit & accident investigation.
• Constructed 33kv/3.3kv, 2x1mva s/s and transmission line, maintained power distribution network, instrumentation & telecom system of central w/s and its township at Jayant.
• Executed EPC/Turnkey project as a head of section, erected & commissioned PLC operated 4.2 MTPA CHP with 1000 TPH roll crusher, high speed silo wagon loading, dust suppression, dust extraction, fire-fighting/protection systems with all electricals and utilities at Khadia.
• Operated and maintained 10 MTPA CHP with 1500 TPH gyratory crusher, EOT crane, apron feeders, R-feeders, 1.3 km long 1200 TPH cross country steel cord belt conveyor, 30000 t bunker, plough feeders, 1800 TPH n/n reclaim belt conveyors, 5500 TPH hydraulic operated high speed rail rack/MGR loading and automatic sampling systems at Jayant and Dudhichua.
• Complied with statutory regulations as per mines act, labour laws, ISO standards and DGMS with due regards to safety, quality & environment and also coordinated with production team.
• Developed preventive & routine maintenance schedule of transformers, switchgears, DG set, OHTL, s/s & CHP equipment’s. I also planned and managed men & materials for the work.
• Headed the section, evaluated design & egg, timely executed turnkey project of 3rd circuit & its integration with existing system consisting of 1.3km 1200 TPH cross country steel cord belt conveyor, gyratory crusher, electricals as per bar chart & within allotted budget at CHP.
• Installed OCB, ACB, field switches, earth pits and other protective devices for h v & l v power supply to equipment’s like shovels, draglines and drill after obtaining legal approval.
• Planned & scheduled day to day work and shutdown programme as an in-charge of section II CHP and assigned duties and responsibilities to the 42 no of team members as per their specialization. I also trained 8 no of engineer and supervisor who improved their competency.
• Initiated and finalised repairing estimate, electrical & mechanical spares/revenue budget of 132kv OHTL, s/s with 10mva transformer, 10MTPA CHP and AC/ventilation system.
Scrutinized design & engineering, erected & commissioned 33kv/3.3kv, 3mva s/s, switch yard, 30km of h v & l v transmission/overhead lines and workshop to start this new project.
•Provided power supply through OHL and cable to all O.B removal equipment, installed & commissioned the pump-motor sets and pipelines. I also maintained vehicle section.
•Finalised scheme for power distribution, electrification with energy meter for residential, commercial & service building and executed it. I have also installed & maintained lightings

• Maintained 3.3KV/440V, 1MVA sub-station, power supply and workshop machinery including air compressor, furnace and AC.
• Performed schedule maintenance on all gear cutting and gear shaping machines.
