Worked as Document Controller of Facility Management in Burj Khalifa, Emaar for two months and transferred to Head Office served as Administration Coordinator in Commercial Department; in charge of all agreements in-and-out, coordinate with other branches, prepare weekly report; update work progress and all admin work related
Dealing with the relationship with customers and directing and satisfying customer for their requirement.
In charge of raw material purchase, ensuring abundant raw material for daily production, forecasting and planning for the imported material from China, and following up the process of raw material with chinese supplier and shipment as well; taking care of local purchase for the operation of manufacturer, eg, office stationary, car maintenain & repairing, normal water and so on.
In charge of full work in the shop, including products inventory, taking care of saling directly, arranging delivery, solving the problem of maintenance, dealing with customer for complaint of quality issue.
Passed TEM-4,GET-6 & TEM-8 3rd scholarship for 3 times Individual scholarship for twice
