Project's construction manager for 60MW SPV power plant.
Managing activities right from the project conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management, manpower planning.

Ensuring execution of activities / projects within time & budgetary parameters. PV Solar Plant Installation, testing, Erection & Commissioning. Project Cost & Delivery optimization.

Take-up the Logistics Planning with procurement, Liaison and coordinate with MNRE, SECI & Govt. bodies as required.

Coordinate with various agencies involved, for synchronized working to overall control of project execution program as per customer required time lines. Ensure project execution as per quality and safety norms.Facilitate timely resolution of day to day challenges / Technical and administrative issues faced.

Deputed as project management and co-ordination associate, Provide assistant to project head and project manager.

My major functional role are as below

Project management: Involved in overall coordination with other disciplines and client to successfully execute the scope of work. The major responsibilities handled include change management, Detailed Scope of work preparation, Execution strategy, Risk assessment, Site reports, preparation of progress reports for client and management, handled and coordinated meetings between design and construction teams. Had been involved in the closing and handover activities to commissioning phase.

Plan the project
•Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
•Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
•Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
•Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Implement the project
•Execute the project according to the project plan
•Develop forms and records to document project activities
•Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
•Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
•Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
