Plan, direct & coordinate and manage a portfolio of High Standard projects mostly at the same time with large complex program and milestones within the prescribed timeframe and budgets

-Responsible towards the establishment of the project delivery strategy, planning, Contracts, administration, schedule, cost control, management and coordination throughout the project.
-Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
-Direct and supervise Construction team and supporting team.
-Managing the overall management of all administrative, commercial and technical services required for the project. Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
-Provide management, planning & control, handling of cost & contractual matters. Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.
-Manage construction project budget and control expenses effectively and monitor the case flow.
-Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes Safety, interfacing with owner representatives, consultant representative and subcontractors.
-Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
-Authorize/approve all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions, change requests, etc.
-Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required.
-Drafting and reviewing all correspondence and get them signed by the Project Manager.
-Preparation for all document for technical and progress meeting with different parties.
-Prepare periodic management reports and presentations
-Prepare all documents for getting the approval from local authority - RLIC, Municipality & Civil Defense and coordinating time to time for stages approvals as required.
-Review and approve Contractors’ payment invoices to ensure compliance with work executed and posted in SAP.
-Issue internal work orders with SAP for action by internal operation department.
-Coordinate with internal and External Audit team as per company policy and procedure. Make sure all system shall be follow for no Issue during audit.
