- Develop and Manage long term relations with the top of personal Banking Customers. This includes the vigorous and proactive cross selling of profitable banking products and the provision of higher value investment products to existing customers on their portfolio and recruit new clients.
- Portfolio Management by performing quarterly review of customer eligibility, and upgrade/downgrade customers accordingly, ensure Portfolio cross sale ratio is 1:3 as a minimum, by identifying potential clients for every product and Manage all excesses and exceptions within approved time period.
- Provide customer with very high level of service, including proper after sales service.
- Handle all complaints by logging them of the Complaints Management System, and ensure is resolved within 48 hours.
- Meet Compliance and Internal Audit requirements.
- In addition to the previous responsibilities, Conduct Training Sessions for Premier Team on IBC and its roles, importance and applications.
- Premier Trainer Champion, train and accredit new Premier Staff on HSBC applications, HSBC Premier Products and making them ready to start.
- Delivers quality customer service to current and potential international Bank customers to attract, retain, and expand account relationships.
- Support efforts to deepen relationships with Group customers and cross-boarder business to fulfill Jordan banking needs of Group customers.
- Leverage the Group distribution network to increase Group/Jordan referrals, focusing on Premier, affluent and small business international customers.
- Manage relationship needs to point of closing.
- Get the customer started in a new country with all his/her banking needs whether the customer is relocating, living in two countries or have interests/family abroad.
-Responsible for employee attendance and leave.
-Assist recruitment officer in screening CV, conducting exams (Test Administration Certified from SHL Group), scoring exams and conducting interviews.
-Assist training officer in conducting sessions in induction course. Will be able to completely handle the induction course by end of this year.
-Assist HR Manager in any special projects given (Employee data clean up, installing 360 Testing, Development Review for Managers, Job Fair…)
-E-Learning System Administrator for HSBC Bank Jordan and Ramallah Branch
-Event organizer for any training trip (Courses booking, Visas, Tickets and Hotel Accommodation). Also, organizing any internal training course.
-Issuing HR Newsletter on quarterly basis.
