• Teaching UAE National staff English for business, technical and corporate communication for Etihad Airways and ADNOC.

• Designed and implemented the course curriculum (oral communication, listening, reading, writing and presentation skills), scheme of work, learning outcomes, and exam entry.

• Used the Cambridge Unlock series to provide a blended learning environment using books, e-learning, online resources, in addition to traditional methods. Developed additional ESL resources and activities for specific learning needs.

• ACHIEVEMENTS: Attendance at over 95% for my class, and exam results of 100% pass rate, scoring between IELTS 6.5 & 7.5.
• Project managed the visit of 200 UAE National high-achieving students selected by the Ministry of Education, Dubai, to the University of Cambridge, UK, to participate in a training, education and cultural exchange programme.
• Liaised with sub-contractors to deliver course content and objectives, staffing requirements and logistical planning.
• Ensured the implementation and delivery of the STEM and English Language programme to meet the Ministry’s objectives.
• Organised visits to UK Educational Institutions, Museums and Galleries in Cambridge and London.
• Received Emirati visitors from the Ministry to report on course achievement and progress.

• Offered specific skills set training to company staff as per Board of Directors recommendations, for example, Portfolio Risk Assessment Review for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management. Staff received training on the implementation of client risk assessment best practice and, where required, investment portfolio rebalancing to achieve the Board’s objectives.
• Completed various contracts including: Staff Training and Complaints Best practice (Sesame Ltd), Pension Transfer Review and Regulatory Compliance Training (Pearson Jones Wealth Management); Executive Complaints Handling (Sesame Ltd); Investment and Savings Review - Regulated Sales Products (Coutts Bank).
• Completed personal CPD via training sessions at The Consulting Consortium with invited speakers and in-house courses.

• Conducted visits to UK Higher and Further Education Institutes to moderate and validate tutors’ assessment of literacy, numeracy and ICT exam papers ensuring assessment criteria were met and moderated fairly and accurately.
• Assessed staff training needs, wrote reports, offered feedback where appropriate within schools, colleges and universities; checked training needs were addressed and procedures implemented to raise standards where necessary.
• Ensured internal verification procedures were followed and training was implemented when required.
