Plan and Manage for the implementation of a highly technical IT Project to deploy a sophisticated High Performance Computing Cluster ( HPCC) using a well known infiniband fabric of 3200 of computing nodes in addition to subnet manager, management server, network switches and others .

Job Description : Supervise a System Development Project for Oracle based system architect / framework
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build Project Management Plan Documents
• Manage a Team of Senior IT Developers.
• Apply Scrum Agile concepts / standards and quality assurance.
• Identify, monitor and control project key performance indicators
• Monitor and control projects workflow cycles
• Identifiy and measure project key performance indicators PKI
• Reporting and keeping key stackholders updated according to the communication plans
• Perform quality controls / assurance activities.
• Ensure the provision of suitable project controls systems and tools
• Participate in the development of project Execution and Contracting Strategies, Contract terms and conditions for compatibility with Project delivery requirements.
• Prepare and maintain the project work breakdown structure
• Maintain timely awareness on project cost and planning performance against budget and schedule.
• Managing Potential Changes; recommend corrective actions and impact analysis
• Supervise the project accounting function, maintain liaison with Finance Department and ensure adequate reporting is established to communicate invoice approvals and payments status.

Responsibilities: Services related to projects such as:
1- Identify Project managements activities and compliance level with the PMI Standards
2- Perform PMO activates, managing projects portfolio, documenting lessons learned process review
3- Conducting Training courses related to Project Management and PMP preparation.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Build a J2EE framework/Architect for DB based Systems including and not limited to logging, security, licensing, reporting, i18n… using Java agile frameworks, Junit, JSF, cayenne, hibernate…
• Manage a Team of Senior Java Developers.
• Apply Scrum Agile development standards and quality assurance.
• Conduct automated test cases/scenarios.
The Framework is used to build an AML (Anti Money Laundry) application including profiling, Safewatch Filtering and SWFT Tools
Responsible for a 24/7 operation, System Monitoring, Support and Project Coordination for Saudi kingdom wide Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) system including but not limited to :
1. Responsible for developing and implementing a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor SADAD overall system performance. Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)
2. Incident Manager: Develop corrective action plan and procedure for dealing with system incidents.
3. Quality Control: Manage SLA
4. Team leader : responsible for dealing with incidents related to system operations in a fast and effective way to eliminate/minimize system outage time (incident management)
5. Liaise with system consultants’, vendors and subcontractors as a problem management process.
6. Maintain and manage different testing and performance environments (version control management)
7. Responsible for keeping Disaster Recovery Environment up and running and up to date.
8. Responsible for smooth operation switching (zero time down) between production and Disaster recovery environments and vice versa.
9. Responsible for developing a proactive monitoring and alerting system for mission critical operations
10. Support Banks and Billers for daily operations and system upgrades
11. Manage and follow up the development Process of Business Core System.
12. Monitoring and Support for production issues (Implementation of Support and monitoring web tool to monitor mission critical systems

4- Design & Developing Insurance applications (Life, Motor, Reinsurance)
