• Responsible for working with the marketing team and managers and directly responsible for pricing implementation, generating competitive analyses and strengthening overall service margin and lead day-to-day operations of the Quotations section.
• Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as team members.
• Providing quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages.
• Receiving clients’ instructions to render services and providing specialist quoting services to the branch and end user customers;
• To create quotes at agreed margins to ensure work is delivered to agreed service level;
• Obtain and maintain current information on agents ongoing pricing structures;
• Purchase or coordinate with purchasing the entering of project related purchase orders, and perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
• Administer orders with special instructions and documentation requirements and communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations.
Helping Customers deposit and withdraw cheques and cash. Transferring salaries, telex transfers, internal transfers.
