•Successfully design and implement bespoke stock control system, evaluate all Trade Finance transactions done by subordinates and ensure their accuracy prior approvals (letter of credit and guarantees, checking documents, payments orders, negotiating documents, bill discounting and all other works related to export and import LCs and documentary collection)
▪ Responsible for all Project Finance transactions, and follow up the processing of the work done by the staff which represents in (disbursements, reconciliations, rescheduling, cheque clearing, loans, and all Islamic finance ex:Tawaroq, Murabha, Ijara, Wakala).
▪ Direct all functions and processes of banking operation, including delegating work responsibilities, oversee staff activities, and administer Trade Finance department staff.
▪ Establish sustainable relationship with staff and deliver active functional support in daily operation as well as providing overall reports to senior management and head of operations.
▪ Produce department KPIs based on business and control requirements and monitor performance.
▪ Ensure the compliance of all internal audit, Sharia audit and risk concerns.
▪ Dealing with customer and reply their inquiries.
▪ SOPs reviewing and streamlining the department workflow.
▪ Shared in Implementation of the internet banking regarding the Trade Finance part.

▪ Review and validate all Import /export transactions such as documentary credit, SBCL and documentary collections including its relative swift messages, entries, schedules and transactions passed through the core banking system
▪ Review all the letter of Credits /Guarantees and ensure its compliance according to applicant application and according to local regulations and the international rules and practice.
▪ Checking the technical issues under documentary credit and collections during its relative cycle and provide assistance to the staff whenever required.
▪ Prepare all the reports required internally /externally, analyse and reconcile the balances of the related transactions.

▪ Skilfully handling all trade finance transactions regarding :
1. Import documentary credit starts with the receipt of the application, review, check approvals, issuance of LC, amendments, checking documents (compliant /discrepant ), delivery of DOCS., settlement, register maturity for usance ones, and close LC based on its expiry/utilisation .
2. Export documentary credit, reviewing the incoming swift message, advise the LC after approvals if required, negotiate documents based on its conditions, receipt of funds on due date .
3. Import Documentary collection, receipt of documents , Acknowledge receipt, advice the customer, delivery of docs.and settlements .
4. Export documentary collection, receipt of documents from client, send for negotiation, receipt of funds .
5. Letter of Guarantees (outward), receipt and review the application, check approvals, issuance of the LG, its amendments, cancel the LG when expired .
6. Letter of Guarantee (Inward), receipt of the LG, check and review its conditions,
advise it, monitor its expiry date for liquidation if required .
▪ Complied with UCP 600, ISBP, , URC522 and URDG while dealing with import /export letter of credits, documentary collections and letter of Guarantees .
▪ Initiate all correspondence swift messages related to trade finance transactions sent for clarification /issues, with complete awareness about all types of swift message related to trade finance process .
