My duties in this role included business development, strategic advice and plan execution on: PR, communications, marketing, corporate social responsibility initiatives and campaigns, crisis management, media relations, corporate communications, event management, client management among others
The regional role i performed made me responsible for major accounts like British Airways in the region where I was in charge of all team sin the region working on this account. Other accounts included Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development which is also a very important account which I managed the team who was working on it until thee nd of the contract.
In addition to these two, I worked on accounts like ITU (UN Agency for telecommunications in the world), AT&T, and Scottish Development International (SDI).
My duties in this role included putting up the organisation's PR & Communications strategy and plan, media relations, event management, coordination with PR and advertising agencies, website content management, involvement in the rebranding of the organisation and other related duties.
My duties included handling VIP visits from A-Z in addition to handling relations with media, setting and implementing Public Diplomacy annual plan, monitoring local, regional and international media and writing daily political reports to be passed to teh Australian Ambassador and then to the Australian Minister of Foreign Affairs' office. My duties also included interpretation between UAE & Australian officials during meetings which I used to accompany them to.

My duties also included interpretation between officials from Qatar & UK during their official meetings and field visits.
I received my MBA degree in September 2007 with a distinction from the well-known Australian University of Wollongong.
I received my diploma in TEFL from Edinburgh where I used to live.
I was one of the top students and graduated in 1993 when I was immediately appointed in the uni as a tutor of English language.
