• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

• Serve as liaisons between the departments to handle all pending issues and communicate all concerned stakeholders updates regarding company projects.
• Assign periodical reports to COE of all projects and issues needed to make a high management decisions.
• Responsible of following all high managements meeting action plans, and communicates meeting recommendations with all stakeholders to ensure the execution and implementation as recommended.
• Analyze all projects data and current status to have a general view on company’s strategy milestone.
• Corresponding with external business partner and suppliers in terms of execution the contracts, partnerships, agreements, and any business related documents.
• Coordinate with department’s heads all procedures and processes implementation internally within company and externally with our partners and suppliers.
• Review and translate (from French or English to Arabic and vice versa) all inbound documents (contracts, agreements, MoU or any business related docs.) , and report to CEO for decision making.
• Involve in the new acquisition process for a related business partners or merger with entities, which company’s strategies go for, to increase the market share and capital base, to maximize the profitability of the company
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Monitoring the team performance and motivating them to reach goals.
• Accomplishing sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Providing advice on the management of projects.
• Organizing the various professional people working on the project.
• Making sure the quality standards are met.
• Recruiting and monitoring specialists and sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Overseeing the accounting, costing, and billing.
