As an academic coordinator was responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks.
•Handled the role of an academic coordinator successfully .The various responsibilities included were time tabling, collection of peer review forms, module boxes and coordinating will all the regular and adjunct faculty members in terms of scheduling classes and making a weekly report on the same.
•Collected and help Prepare Module boxes with moderation reports for two semesters for all the programmes.
•Supervised demo lectures and sent feedback to HR.
•Prepared time table for BBA courses which included -general, I&B, Entre, 3C for 4 semesters and put it on intranet each week.
•Supervised changes made in all the programmes to be submitted to KHDA.
•Room allocation for the programs each week.

Basic job functions include:
•Successfully planned and executed the Gulf Food exhibition in world trade Centre which includes liasoning with external agencies, stand design, graphics, displays, promotion, hostesses, and dinner party for about 300 people, sampling products, media etc.
•Web site development- Creating the design and content for the website which includes sub sites as well.
•Managing a portfolio of accounts, including Tiffany Chocolates, Confectionery, Biscuits, and Wafers, Emigrain Poultry, Bakery Pasta and noodles.
•Discussing the products, services, packaging designs, promotions and advertising requirements with the client.
•Briefing the creative and research staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies.
•Overseeing the status of various advertising campaigns including radio and publications.
