Project - Coordination
• Event Management - Monitoring of Events leading to claims, gathering of contemporary records and assisting planning department in generation of EOT claims.
• Risk Assessment & Management - Assisting Project Manager in identification of risks/issues and associated mitigation strategies.
• Review and strategize deliverables in line with programme requirements/execution schedule for the project management team.

• Initiated, prepared and implemented weekly and monthly dashboard report for the Management encompassing all major disciplines and project phases. (Self-initiative, fully implemented).
• Successfully implemented centralized document control system for the project site (Project-initiative, fully implemented).
• Initiated and implemented paper-conservation mechanism as a cost saving solution for the project and to encourage sustainability & sustainable practices (Self-initiative, moderately implemented).
