Preparing documents for tender submittal (Both Technical and Commercial)
Ensuring tender is submitted on time to meet deadlines
Warranty Expiration related to projects done by Techno Q
Notifying the customers about warranty expiration related to projects
Following up of the notification send to customers to generate as inquiry and then convert to sales order

Attending customer calls/complaints.
Allocating appropriate resources to solve the issues depending on the client’s requirements.
Logging the calls and following up with the customers to ensure successful closing of the calls and updating the same.
