-Registers patients both per-scheduled and walk-ins and collects and enters all information required for admission or check in into system.
-Performs positive identification of patients including insurance card, identification card and photo ID.
-Checks and ensures financial liability is discussed and understood by the patient at point of registration.
-Obtains signatures for all necessary documents.
-Safeguards and reconciles all monies collected daily in compliance to cash handling policies and procedures.
-Create sales quotations and process customer orders.
-Reviewing orders with salesmen and entering into the system.
-Communicating warehouse regarding the orders.
-Communicating/Scheduling carriers for pickup.
-Indoor support of sales team.
-Answer calls and emails.
-Prepare quotation, invoice, order, report etc.
-Responsible for resolving customer query related to product, services and billing.
-Handle customer complaints in timely manner.
-Update customer complaints in CRM.
-Answer customer calls related to query resolution.
