o o Taking care of 190 Mothercare store spread across the middleeast
o Looking after the retail activities of those stores mainly the Toys and activity dpt.
o Preparation of sale lists for all Mothercare stores in the middleeast
o Handling and Dealing customer queries/complaints for Mothercare markets.
o Comp shopping in middle east markets for competitor analysis.
o Recommend retail pricing levels, decide sale lines and markdown percentage strategy
o Coach and monitor the performance of the merchandise team within the brand
o Asses store execution of merchandising plans, recommend optimum space management based on store trends/ category
o Assist with business planning and ongoing planning of merchandise and forecasting of sales, subsequently accountable for sales/margin measurement.
o Fly to the UK( Mothercare Head office) for the selecting and buying the range for Mothercare toys and activity
o Plans and forecast the quantities with host brand for each season
o Prepare seasonal planning reports for the host brand
Work involves extensive usage of EXCEL 2007.
