As the E2E project manager for Airlines project, I am involved in the below activities:
• PoC for all communications with Business.
• Engaging teams and managing funds.
• Managing the project from Concept to Closure
• Coordinating the Regular status updates and creation of status reports for various teams involved in the project.
• Highlighting any issues, risks in the project on an ongoing basis
• Responsible for all aspects of planning and managing delivery in the project
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to interface at all levels
• End to End co-ordination, Leading calls with teams to discuss issues, concerns, updates within the project & thereby achieve business objectives within stipulated time
• Estimate the effort and timeline for business requirements
• Develop roll-out plans and deployed the pilots
• Status Reporting to Etihad clients and other stakeholders
• Prepare Induction/Transition activities for the team
• Monitoring the financial health of the project and ensuring that minimum variance in funds utilization.
