Coordinating with Group Manager, Export Manager and Materials Manager for various office managements.
Preparing quotations and dealing with the customer.
Gathering input data from production and preparing monthly production report.
Coordinating with various departments like payroll, accounts and passport sections for various employee requirements.
Communicating with office automation and service providers for management purpose.
Preparing reports and doing formalities for newly recruited staffs & employees.
Maintaining record of employee resignation, termination and new joiners.
Preparing monthly time sheets for the employees under manufacturing group.
And various other work related to admin and manufacturing.
