Working as dental coder/ biller, Interact dentist to ensure diagnoses and procedures especially
dental numbering system (Universal Tooth Number) are true and correct.
Responsible Insurance eligibility verification, Prior Authorization & submission/re submission of
claims .
Communicate with insurance companies about coding and disputes.
In Charge Reception desk, administrative task and renewal such as ( DOH License, Trade License,
Mal Practice, Tenancy Contract & Medical waste contract.
Inventory Quarterly, purchase dental materials and checks of expiry.
Review document policies in the clinic if needed.
A competent to take an order of what extremely needed by the guest.
Learning the names of & building relationships with regular and also customers. Providing a warm welcome smile for them.
Responsible for looking after guests and attending to their needs during their visit.
Making recommendations from the menu if requested.
Answer guest queries through telephone in a polite and helpful manner.
To assist the users to enhance the newly implementation for the system for servicing, readings, billing, collections, tellering sections
Encode daily transactions job orders (JO), readings and payment collections every day.
Generate JO, from disconnection of meter and removal of meter in collection section.
Generate JO, from reconnection of meter and reinstall of meter in billing section .
Generate JO to their respective field orders in servicing sections.
Download and upload data and readings into the system from the rover were hand held terminal is from the meter reader.
Accepting complaints from the customer towards the bills and senior citizen discounts.
