More than 3 years experience in Quality Control. Well versed in standards like APHA- AWWA, BS, BS EN, AASHTO, ISO, USEPA, MOOPAM, QCS 2007, etc. Deep mastery of all techniques, strong technical knowledge and outstanding communication skills. Great ability to function well within multidisciplinary teams.
 Works as a part of QA/QC team sharing responsibility and work load as necessary.
 Performs internal quality audits to ensure and verify procedures and requirements are being implemented in accordance with policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
 Recommends and ensures implementation of appropriate corrective action to quality issues, in coordination with company management.
 Notifies management of unsatisfactory work or unapproved practices.
 Identify skills, training, and capabilities needed for QA/QC activities.
 Handles special projects and assumes additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives.
 Performs calibration as per ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 requirements.
 Responsible for quality control and assurance of chemical reagents in the laboratory. Daily monitoring of the validity dates and normality records.
 Act as liaison with customers, contractors and/or internal departments on quality related matters (ability to deal with people in a manner that demonstrates sensitivity, tact and professionalism, appropriately recognizing and reacting to the cultural differences while delivering the services ).
 Member of safety committee and management committee.
 Participate in monthly safety review and quarterly management review meetings.
 Communicates with Ashghal on behalf of Laboratory.
