A brief overview of the possibility of applying it to the industrial institution to create and implement the following automated systems: -
1- Setting performance indicators for all departments for measurement and follow-up (KPIs).
2- Using statistical methods to analyze the traffic data for each product in the production stages and the quantity of Inventory before each stage (Lead Time-Process Mapping).
3- Using the product cell system (Design cell) to reduce / prevent losses for production processes.
4- Using (Taket Time) to balance the production line and increase the flow rate.
5- Establishing the pull system (Pull System).
6- Calculating the required raw materials for all products and opened PO’s.
7- Preparing and giving internal training sessions for continuous improvement for various departments.

5- Participating in the work related to the Authoritys performance budget project.
6- Reviewing the specifications projects before they are approved by the Board of Directors.

1- Taking random samples of chemical products such as PVC pipes, cement, ceramics and engineering products such as air conditioning unites, electrical appliances, gas heaters, to test them in the organizations laboratories and study their data identification labels.
2- Inspecting companies and factories that have been granted the quality mark in the field of engineering and chemical products to ensure their compliance with quality systems and standard specifications.
3- Auditing companies and factories in the field of engineering and chemical products according to Ministerial Resolution No. 42/2003 to indicate the conformity of goods and products specifications.
4- Technical studies related to issuing certificates of conformity.
5- Studying the results of sample test analysis to assess their compliance with the required standard specifications.
6- Participating in committees preparing the initial report for companies and factories applying to obtain the quality mark in the field of chemical and engineering products.
7- Attending the executive committees to grant the Egyptian Quality Mark to companies and factories.
8- Preparing statistical data and maps related to companies and factories applying to obtain the quality mark.
9- Attending seminars and conferences related to quality.
