Job Profile: Accounts
•General Accounting related works such as preparation of vouchers, record Keeping and posting accounting transactions etc.
•Petty cash handling, records keeping and periodic reconciling.
•Reconciling bank accounts by gathering and balancing information, setting of batches for online payments transfers.
•Accounts receivable functions which include maintaining records of customer orders, maintaining delivery orders, raising customer invoices and debit notes, preparing, and Sending customer statement of accounts, payment Follow ups, collection of receivables and all corresponding accounting entries in the system. i
•Account's payable function which includes preparation of Purchase orders, receiving of supplier's invoices and credit notes, verification of supplier invoices against purchase orders, preparing cheques and recording corresponding accounting entries in the system
•Preparation and Submission of VAT.
•Maintaining records for prepayment, accruals, capital account entries, correction of errors by posting adjusting journal entries etc.
•WPS salary preparation/Payroll.
•Experienced in office administration.
•Monitoring company expenses.
•Provide management with daily, weekly, monthly, financial reports
