▪ Leading the introduction of several food and non-food categories for Union Cooperative
E-Commerce.
▪ Creating and managing a vendor base of over a hundred vendors.
▪ Managing online platforms for prominent clients Noon, Elgrocer, Instashop, and Dubai
store, from advertisements to listing to order procurement.
▪ In charge of enrolling and monitoring Market Place Suppliers.
▪ Enhance the category with right and variety of product assortment.
▪ Sign up/ Renew the BDA (Business Development Agreement) with suppliers every year
for the best deal.
▪ Review and monitor performance of SKU's against defined standards.
▪ Work hand-in-hand with the suppliers to list new products and determine pricing
models and any form of promotional activity that will enhance sales
▪ Continually increasing sales and margin value in accordance with the budgeted
amounts for the designated categories
▪ Keeping inventory within the budgeted amount and managing aging and vendor returns
▪ Planning the promotion calendar for the whole year for all allocated categories.
▪ Negotiating and completing a weekly ecommerce promotion with a supplier.
▪ Coordinating with the marketing team for different promotional activities such as push
notifications, mailers and FB posts.
▪ Cross-selling media kits and banners to the supplier.
