My current field of expertise is Voice over IP, but I also have expertise in Wireless, and AAA, and dot1x which are closely related to wireless technology.
Nevertheless, provided the nature of my working experience as TAC engineer, I have expertise in Cisco Technical Support, Network consulting, Building customer relationships, and handling highly stressful and business-impacting situations.
● Provide advanced technical consultation to other team members
● Act as a technical engineer in Voice/Wireless Technology with other team members, as well as with other Cisco world-wide teams
● Independently debug complex Voice/Wireless product problems, and effectively supports critical account customers
● Use existing resources and our own technical and customer relationship skills, to provide problems resolution with a high level of customer satisfaction
● Provide Voice/Wireless systems and products training, and identifies improvement opportunities and recommendations in products and processes
● Keep up-to-date with the latest technology products in Voice/Wireless Technology, in order to provide high-quality support in current and future types of support services
● Experienced in configuring and troubleshooting:
Wireless networking (802.11), Cisco Unified Wireless, Cisco Wireless Autonomous solutions, ACS 4.x, ACS 5.x, AAA Security, RADIUS, TACACS, CUCM, SME, Cisco IP Phones, Voice Gateways, SIP, SCCP, MGCP, H323.
* Provide technical support for Cisco IP telephony and networking projects.
* Prepare and write the technical proposal for Cisco networking solution
especially in IP Communication Field.
* Design and present different Cisco Networking Solution.
* Provide technical support for Intercom’s IP telephony system for internal
use and External use (Employee in Remote sites).
* Determine personal computer applications of projects/systems, including
software testing
* Provide PC/LAN network design and control, resulting in inter- and intra- departmental information sharing.
* Anticipate PC/LAN hardware and software needs for planning and
budgeting via monitoring the PC/LAN community's appropriate usage and
the coordination of rotation planning.
* Related Project:
The Customer’s was GFMIS (a project for the ministry of finance in
Jordan). The project was to establish a Cisco Laboratory which simulates
the network topology for their staff training. I participated as a field
engineer. I also did train them on the installed equipments.
B.SC. in Computer Engineering from the Jordan University, with grade “Good, GPA 2.6”, in January 2009. Graduation Project Brief: Developing a biomedical software that reads, perceives and analyzes an ECG (ElectroCardioGraphic) signal; which is the human heart electric signal, then determines and organizes the analysis data and finally presumes a diagnosis state. Furthermore it has the ability to perform comparison between different records of a patient. It was supervised by Dr. Ali Al-Mousa and been Implemented using MATLAB v7.0. Earned a very good grade (B+).
