• Shifted the portfolio allocation from conservative to balanced approach and was able to cover the losses from portfolio within a year and generating a risk adjusted return of 6-8%.
• Developed Excel Based financial models for valuation of investments using NPV, IRR, DCF, Relative valuation and FCFF techniques
• Involved in valuation, due diligence and negotiations for acquisition of ICT Company and setting up JV with Media Company.

Job Profile:
• Directly reporting to the CFO and help him in managing an investment portfolio of Equity, Bonds, Structured Products, Funds and Real Estate by making the required recommendations to buy, hold or sell as per the IPS.
• Conducting Research and financial analysis on Banking, Telecom and Real Estate Sector in UAE.
• Analyzing new investment projects in light of NPV, IRR, Forecasted Cash flow, Capital requirements and SWOT analysis and presenting investment recommendations to Board.
• Monitoring Financial Statement, Financial Analysis Reports on current position of the company, forecasting profits, liquidity, and ratio analysis and recommending appropriate financial & business solutions to increase profitability and liquidity
• Monitoring Group cash flow reports for investment planning and liaising with different department managers to create quarterly, annually and long term financial forecasts including credit facilities, capital funding and capital requirements.
• • Imported Financial Data and News Feeds from information sources like Bloomberg, Reuters.
• Analyzed Key Financial Ratios, Capital structure, Profitability, revenue-cost structure and financial performance.
• Equity valuation using Absolute and Relative models including DCF, DDM and FCF models
