Engineer - Naval Base Main Workshop Planning and Coordination -Technical and Managerial level
Naval base workshop planning and management (Facility, Asset and Work). SAP based work order handling and execution at Navy.
Analysis of Work order status of each department (ELE, MEC, AUX, SHW) and maintaining summary and prepare dashboard. Performance analysis and monitoring. Service and Material Reservation, Purchase Requisition and follow up RFQ process until P.O and Delivery.
MAXIMO based Planning and Supervisory role (certified-IBM) at ADSB. Participated in the development stage for the Maximo Implementation. Man-hours Optimization and planning, Cost Control and Proper management of workforce.
Prepare Dashboard and workshop maintenance progress analyzing.
Handling of daily work orders (JIC) and maintaining a Work Maintenance Database, Consolidated Defect List and backing up planners.
Scheduling and carrying out Daily job cards of Electrical /Electronics /Mechanical /HVAC, all kind of other Maintenance Jobs.
Coordinating with OEMs in Maintenance and installation tasks, schedule service plan with Ship and ADSB.
Responsible for keeping the ship’s sys. In feasible & satisfactory working state. Managing my team of technicians and utilize them efficiently to get better output and with work safety.
Identify and report defects and malfunction. Identify spares/Materials required in advance, planning, and procurement of the same.
Service & Maintenance Engineer Maintenance and service Engineer - Plan and Execute PM and CM of Electrical, Auxiliary, Ship, Navigation and Communication Equipment, Underwater Sensors, Level 2, 3 Platform and Combat Systems.
Servicing of Electric Motors, Circulating Fans, Axial exhaust Fan, Switch board Panels and breakers, lighting systems, Fire alarm sys., Helicopter Handling sys, Glide slope indicator, Hanger Door System, HVAC - condenser and compressor, R.O plant, Wiper and Horn sys of Baynunah class Corvette. Main Engine and DG Diesel Generator (MTU) L1-3 jobs of Baynunah Corvette.
Familiar and experienced in Echo sounder (L3 Comms Elac Nautik), EM Log (Sagem), Mine Detection and Avoidance System- NDS 3070 SONAR. Under water telephone system (UWT).Sigma 40 Inertial Navigational System-Gyro. Combat Management System CMS. Fire Control System-Selex SI NA 25-XM. Good Understanding of RADAR system in Baynunah Class corvette. Navigational Radar -X band -Terma, Saab- LPI and 3D Sea Giraffe -Saab Micro wave system. Integrated Bridge Communication System- Navinet system. Good Understanding of Manuals and good in Job card handling.

• Worked onboard Indian Aircraft Carrier Ship, INS VIRAAT, IAC-71, INS VIKRANT’ and many other classes of Indian Naval Ships.
