• Assist in preparing the monthly Business Performance Report.
• Assist in preparation of annual budget, 5 Year Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting process.
• Actual vs. Plan variance report. Preparing commentary for the variance.
• Checking the pricing packages and reporting the margin after considering various costs.
• Preparing Project completion certificates and sending to various department GMs.
• Maintaining Project cost sheet and keeping a check of actual not exceeding the plan for each project.
• Accepting various purchase requisitions and processing based on the nature of the same.
• Preparing Capex form for both store and outside requisition for capitalization.
• Preparing profitability reports for customer related projects.
• Keeping a track of customer projects, updating actual cost incurred for the project and reporting the net revenue.
• Assist in preparation of project expenditure report and reporting the capital commitment.
• Assist in categorising the fixed assets and marking the life of the same.
• Updating Cost of sales, Staff rolling forecast, kiosk report, P&L Projection etc.
• Assist in maintenance of Asset register.
