Currently working as a Technical support for T-Mobile LTE/WCDMA roll out project of USA.
Troubleshooting & Optimization suggestion.
Preparing drive route with the help of Actix and Streets and Trips software.
Run the Audit for Hot-spot cluster pre-post and verifying alarm and RET if any critical issues.
Check the basic Golden parameter which is used in Network.
Comparison Neighbor between CIQ vs existing in Dump.
Analysis of worst cell analysis and do specific changes as required.
Neighbor list and database optimization, Pilot Pollution and coverage check.
Report Preparation and maintaining KPIs of new LTE sites or new layer added on existing sites.
Neighbor Audit (Addition/Deletion) for worst cell performing in network.
Taking care of Single Site Verification process once after site got integrated.
Parameter Alignment fsc/baseline comparison and run the whole audit for the site.
Antenna optimization as per RFDS/port matrix and correction plan run.
WCDMA parameter check once after site reconfiguration done and verify with Post.
XML generation and plan run in OSS with the help of Net Act tool.
Basic LTE parameter check and change as per customer recommendation.
Good hands on experience on Net Act Tool and Nokia specific other tool.
Involve with GNIC team for error solution and providing xml plan for missing parameter in SCF and RNW Plan for LTE, UMTS and GSM Technology.
Single Site Verification and Cluster optimization of LTE sites. Troubleshoot system problems such as Pilot pollution, drop calls, dropped connections, handoff failures issues.
* RF and EMF Survey for new sites.
* Handled on RF drive test, field optimization and generating reports.
* SCFT of New Site & Expansion site for 2G, 3G & LTE Network.
* Responsible for RF Survey for all infill sites (Capacity or Coverage).
* Responsibility of taking care of customer complaints regarding Network Coverage.
* Generation and submission of RF and EMF Survey reports.
* To find the cell site location for the growth of network & revenue with an effective team work.
* Defining height and orientation of GSM antenna.
